We have been employed to create more space for the growing business they run.

Phase 1 one was to demolish the small buildings and remove to make way for the new building to be built.

Also excavated and fitted new concrete pads for the existing extraction systems to be moved and refitted,

In phase 2 we then had to excavate 1.5m deep across the 350m2 area due to infill ground, then dig and concrete large pads for the steel legs to be installed, We built steel cages and created concrete ring beams to tie the pads together, We installed new drainage for the existing buildings and new building once erected.

After all the phase 2 groundworks were completed, we then supplied and fitted a new steel framed unit as per the engineers design. We then prepared and laid a 350m2 250mm thick reinforced floor slab to finish the internal floor area. We then supplied and fitted the cladding to enclose the building.

We have some more on going works to be on site.
