We were employed to build a new build unit, extension and renovation works to extend an existing semi-detached house.

Our team excavated all the foundations, drainage and reduce dig as needed to allow us to progress with the site.

We fitted all the necessary drainage, ducting and backfill as needed.

We concreted the foundations, built the shells, constructed and tiled the roofs on our works and laid the floors to create fabulous spaces.

We have fitted large steels to create a large open plan area and laid underfloor heating.

All wiring will be rewired and plumbing re done as needed, the project is on going and will be fully rendered in a new Monocouche render with new windows and doors to give it a stunning look throughout.

The kitchen will be hand painted and stunning and the house will be re plastered, painted and generally redone throughout to a high standard.
